Founder of The Frustrated Professional

"As a neurodivergent individual, I've learned to harness my unique perspective as a strength," declares Taylor Drake, the trailblazing founder of The Frustrated Professional. For almost a decade and a half, she's been battling the status quo, aiming to make the corporate environment more inclusive and equitable for those whose thinking doesn't align with traditional norms.

Her venture, The Frustrated Professional, offers a refuge for the alienated, providing services in marketing, brand identity, and content strategy.

"My passion lies in empowering those alienated by the modern business world to achieve success while staying true to their values and aspirations."

But her impact goes beyond her business. She's an active participant in her community, and served as a founding co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Board for the March of Dimes, volunteering with her certified therapy dog at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and being a familiar, friendly face in Beverly Hills. "What matters most to me are the values and attitudes I share every day," Drake affirms, valuing the relationships she cultivates more than revenue or accolades.
