"Passion and tradition drive every decision I make," Vasili Kotsiovos, Owner of Louká, a resplendent Greek restaurant in Beverly Hills, states with pride. "My heart belongs to Greek culture, and my mission has always been to share that love."

From his early beginnings in quick-service eateries, Vasili's journey into the world of fine dining has been both meticulous and passionate. At the age of 27, he opened his first restaurant, all while nurturing his dream of one day bringing a taste of Greece to the heart of California.

"Louká is not just a business, it's a labor of love, the embodiment of my lifelong dream to share the richness of Greek culture."

A certified wine sommelier, Vasili has been instrumental in spotlighting the often-overlooked Greek wine culture, curating an extensive collection that tantalizes every palate. His finesse in branding, marketing, and interior design have shaped Louká into a quintessential Beverly Hills establishment, recognized by the city as a community staple.

Since Louká's inception five years ago, it has seen annual growth and now provides employment to over 50 individuals. However, it remains a family-run endeavor at heart, perfectly blending familial warmth with professional service.
