Architect, Investor, and Developer

“I consider myself a concierge in the creation of human experience,” says William Denkinger, an AIA Award-winning architect, seasoned real estate investor, and adept developer. Famed for his innovative designs and business acumen, Denkinger has had a significant impact on the architectural landscape, from the bustling heart of West Hollywood to the luxe estates of Bel Air.

As the visionary architect behind Bottega Louie WEHO, Denkinger's architectural prowess received high accolades with an AIA Design Award with the firm he founded in 2015, BULLI. BULLI’s a design focused real estate development company that has participated in over $150 million in gross sales tied to their development and architecture projects. As President, Denkinger applies his expertise in architecture, permitting, entitlements, project management, and more to enhance asset values.

"Creating architecture is not just about building structures, it is the environment that sets the stage upon which we live our lives."

Denkinger's architectural ventures extend to WILHELM, a boutique architecture firm, and several other businesses in consulting, project management, and asset holdings including multiple multi-family properties owned and under management. These enterprises underscore his exceptional command of the built environment, from conceptual design, construction, to real estate development and management. "We only have so much time and so many projects we get to do in this life, I’m going to spend it on the ones that inspire me."
